Yoga Basics

This class is recommended for beginners or for those who are getting back into yoga and practitioners looking to learn proper alignment points. Integrating proper alignment through poses will have you connect deeper within and help create a healthy physical practice. These classes are intelligently sequenced to be safe and gentle as we encourage proper usages of props. Classes may include breath awareness and meditation in the beginning or end of the class.

Open Level Class

This class is for anyone from beginners to advanced practitioners who want to dive deeper into their own  practice. These classes are alignment focused that offer modifications to fit your level of practice. Classes may include yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation.

Private Class
